“New Year, New Me” Wellness Initiative | Week 4

Aaa we are at week 4 of my New Year, New Me wellness initiative!

And I’m a human, so I don’t mind telling you I’ve fallen off of my eating plan a bit. I’m still managing to exercise 5-6 times a week, but I need to recommit to eating less bread and carbs for sure! They are my weakness. :)

So I am recommitting myself publicly to get back on track with my diet. I have all the tools at my disposal via my Sakara Life* Total Body Reset meals (I should have gotten the 5-Day plan, not the 3-Day! Oof), Sakara Metabolism Super Powder, and my Orgain protein stash. I am also prepping in bulk from the “Eat Clean, Play Dirty” Sakara cookbook. 

This coming week will be the last week of Total Body Reset meals, and then I will be receiving one week of Sakara’s 5-Day Signature meal plan, so I’ll have breakfast, lunch, and dinner sorted for the first week of February. (My birthday is 2/8, so I’ll be nice and refreshed for that! :D )

Exercise-wise I’m switching between MIRROR classes and my Bowflex Velocore bike as usual, and adding in boxing next week now that my Everlast punching bag is set up.
