Today I’m featuring Vitamix’s Perfect Blend Smart Scale and Recipe App, because it is a fabulous combination that makes blending even easier than just owning an A3500 Ascent Series Blender (remember my feature last weekend?), which I hardly believed was possible.
The scale senses the ingredients used in the recipe as you add them and guides you how much to put in and what to include every step of the way.

Obviously I connected my A3500 Ascent Series immediately and got to blending. I picked a recipe from the app to make the hubby a shake, and followed the instructions as instructed.
He loved the shake and declared it one of the best I’ve ever made. And he’s picky!
The recipe I chose for the Perfect Blend’s maiden voyage was the Mocha Mint Shake.
You can find it via the app and many others like it; or you can add your own recipes which is probably what I’ll end up doing. I have so many smoothie ingredients that I always end up cobbling something together on the fly.
