“New Year, New Me” Wellness Initiative | Week 6
Hi hello hey there! Obviously this report is a bit delayed, due to my Valentine’s Day Gift Guide’s release on Sunday and also my birthday being yesterday! Forgive me. :)
Totally gave myself about 5 days off of heavy exercise, though I was still quite busy and running around; thankfully I had my Sakara Life Signature Program and my supplements to fall back on!
As usual, Sakara came thru with the fabulous organic, plant-based meals which made my life a bit easier, and today my Level II Detox was delivered, so tomorrow I start a beautiful, plant filled detox in earnest.
Sakara recommends cutting back on heavy exercise while on the detox, so I will be doing gentle yoga and meditation classes on my Mirror to keep up with my movement and staying mindful while I reset my body during these next 5 days.
Then it’s back to crushing it on my Bowflex bike and of course the aforementioned Mirror, plus my Everlast punching bag for some stress relief!
