Product Review | Gaia Herbs Sage & Aloe Throat Spray

As you may have seen me reiterate all over my social media, it has been a *~stressful time~* here in the States.

I’ve been stress baking, stress cleaning, and not sleeping, exercising much, or eating a balanced diet. (Though now that the darkness has lifted, that's about to change, I do declare!!!)

When we don’t sleep, exercise, or eat well, our immune system is bound to take a hit, and thus what better segue could there be into the first of a few posts centered around immunity boosting products.

The first of this four-part series focuses on Gaia Herbs’ Sage & Herb Throat Shield Spray.

This has been a favorite product of mine for years, actually, although if you’ve seen it on shelves before as just “Throat Shield” it will look  slightly different now since Gaia Herbs has just rebranded their packaging and it hasn't been updated yet in many places, including their website.

The familiar tried and true ingredients are still the same, however, even if the package is prettier; made with a comforting blend of traditional herbs (Myrrh, Cinnamon, and Sage) for maintaining throat health.

Also, this is one product that Gaia Herbs has teamed up with Italian herbal supplement leader Alboca in order to produce in Italy.

I love how convenient it is to use the little spray bottle; just 4 sprays and your throat is coated in soothing herbs.

Gaia Herbs claims that the Sage & Herb Throat Spray is: “…one of our most popular products amongst singing professionals and anyone else experiencing throat stress.”

This spray has always worked well for me, and this sore throat brought on by stress will not last long in the face of it! Especially now, with today's good news. :)

Flee, sore throat! Democracy has spoken!
