Guys, can I tell you how long I’ve been jonesing to try one of Sakara Life’s meal plans? Well TODAY’S THE DAY. I just joined the Sakara Circle as an official Sakaralite and received my first 3-Day Signature Meal Program.
How to sum up Sakara in a nutshell…can it be done? I’ll try.

My first meal was the Beauty Blend Salad, which I had for lunch and dinner because for me, the portion sizes are a big large. (It will likely vary depending on you and how much you eat daily.)
I also brewed up a cup of the Detox Tea in between meals, and re-used the tea bag just after dinner, as well as took one of the handy little complimentary Complete Probiotic Blend to get this gut health party started.

Lastly, the price. Yes, the price is a bit steep, but I firmly believe that health is worth it, and Sakara Life provides a top notch ingredient list utilizing the freshest, highest quality, organic ingredients available from local farms. One single day of meals is about $110.
