Happy Wednesday for a myriad of reasons, and welcome to the first giveaway of my New Year, New Me wellness initiative!

When I began my NYNM plans, and indeed I am sure when many others with New Year's goals started doing things like cutting out caffeine, sugar, and/or whatever else their bodies had come to rely on or expect, the headaches began rolling in.

Stress and tension, as well, have caused headaches to be a regular occurrence in my month, unfortunately. 

Therefore, I was delighted to find a message from ZŌK Relief in my inbox one day, and a collaboration was born!

The ZŌK device is meant to mitigate and reduce the tension in your head as a result of your headache, just by inserting the device into your ear in the correct way. It basically feels like an earplug or headphone; you are not advised to go deeper than that. 

While using the device, the tympanic membrane is activated through light and inner ear pressure modulation in order to alleviate headache symptoms. 

It is inexpensive, portable and you can use it any time or as frequent as you need to. (It has been seeing a LOT of use up in here lately!)
