Hello all, and happy September! I truly cannot believe it is already Fall, but I am so ready for the seasons to change. (Might have something to do with Vegas being 115 degrees for most of the Summer. But shhhh.)
Soul-crushing heat aside, today I am excited to share a new addition to my bedding collection that has quite literally changed the way I sleep.
A good sheet set, as many of you might already know, can be transformative. Recently I was gifted the Linen+ King Sheet Set in Honey by ettitude, and this set is my (and hubby’s) new favorite way to snooze.
Aesthetic Appeal
Upon unboxing, I was immediately taken by the color: 'Honey' — a warm, inviting hue that added a comforting touch to our bedroom.

Fabric and Its Benefits
What makes this sheet set extra special is the fabric itself; ettitude's Linen+ is made of a blend of 70% bamboo lyocell and 30% hemp.
Not only is this blend hypoallergenic and antimicrobial, it is also free of harmful chemicals, ensuring that we wake up feeling fresh and well-rested.
This becomes especially crucial for people with sensitive skin or allergies, like me. My skin likes to break out in hives for sometimes no discernable reason, so I have been in heaven with these sheets!
Care and Maintenance
The Linen+ sheets are machine washable (they’ve gone through the washer twice since we’ve had them), and you can wash them on cold with mild detergent. (I use Seventh Generation detergent as anything else will make my skin go haywire.)
While the fabric is touted to have fewer wrinkles than traditional flax linen, ettitude still recommends shaking out the bedding between washing and drying for a wrinkle-free experience.
And for those who may be concerned about pilling—some pilling is normal, but ettitude states: “…to prevent excess pilling, avoid fabric softeners, dryer balls, and friction with other rough fabrics.”
