It is no secret that I have a little Alo Yoga obsession. A good portion of my closet and home gym sport a chic assortment of Alo gear, both for the style and for the function. The brand has a cult following for a reason.

I particularly enjoy that I can select and stack multiple 5-10 minute workouts as I like, or even just take a quick 5 minute leg class in the morning and run off to do what I need to do for the day.
